Creating Scenes/Stages For Iclone With Blender Archimesh?

I’m finally at a point where I’m ready to make scenes to start filming. So I did a trial run for a interior using the blender archimesh plugin. Unfortunately importing it to iclone8 revealed some problems I was not expecting. I have tried exporting with and without modifiers.
These are exterior shots but the exterior is also what the inside should look like.

Does anyone know how to fix this, and if not what are my options for tools to create interiors?

Need to apply materials in iClone.

For set design, I make a floor plan and use Poliigon for my materials and items like doors, windows, and random props.

Those add-ons use boolean to cut holes and leave whole bunch of n-gons on mesh, so you need to triangulate all meshes before exporting. Also you sure need to apply all modifies and delete all boolean helper objects.

Here is quick sample and difference after exporting triangulated, modifiers applied and control blocks removed.
