I think that should be no problem. You may have to check with the AI provider if you can use the resulting illustration for commercial purposes.

I seem to remember that the only AI use that is not allowed is when rendered images or videos are used for training AI models, which is not your purpose.
In fact, the roadmap that RL posted recently has AI integrated in various ways, so they are well aware of the use of AI in production.
