I wonder if this model is possible to create in CC5. Please help me understand the workflow.

Yes, it is possible to create stylized characters like the one you show, but you may need some dedicated toon style morphs to get started.
To help make the creation process easier, we do have the Cartoon Character Designer pack which comes with a number of morphs to help you get started. Please take a look at the pack and see some examples HERE.
It would also be worth taking a look at our existing library of stylized toon characters and morphs to give you an idea of what can be achieved with Character Creator.

Very cool references.
I checked Cartoon Character Designer and I realized It is for CC3, and therefore Its morph sliders would show up in CC5.
I saw AccuMixer, which is fantastic, but would be useless for these actors.
Have you tried the Proportion tool with the female cartoon base in the Free Resources?

Also, the morph packs that say CC3 require CC3 or newer. So they will work fine in CC5.
