I acquired the latest ActorCore freebie, but it won’t show up in my “Purchased Items” list in iClone. When I try to “Refresh” I get this error msg: “Failed to establish a connection due to unknown error. Please ensure proper internet connection and try again.” Other programs (Chrome, etc.) have no problem with Internet connection. I re-booted the PC and get the same results. CC won’t
Refresh either. Is there a problem on the RL server side?
EDIT: Never mind – by the time I got through typing this post, the error had resolved itself and seems to be working now…
Thanks for updating your post to let us know the problem is now resolved. It may just have been temporary server issue at our end.
I am having this exact same problem and have even restored Smart Content Manager’s database to the default and cannot get past this message. Again, internet is working great on chrome and having no problems.
