From your screenshot it shows you have an active search for a product code. Try hitting the X at the right hand end of the search box to clear it and search for a pack name or use keywords rather than product codes.
If that isn’t the issue, please explain in more detail exactly what the problem is.

Pete_RL 's eye’s must hurt from the sheer amount of rolls made in trying to kindly state the incredibly obvious. I envision a graveyard of “that was easy” buttons piled high next to his desk. The struggle is real!
