I installed Character Creator.
In the Content Manager, I get the following error message:
Warning: Failed to connect to the local database.
Hi…
Please ensure that you are logged into your computer as an Administrator as the issue may be that the Character Creator is being refused permission to access the required files or folders.
Do also check that the drives are not protected in some way, such as when using Bitlocker protected drives.
However, if the problem persists, please try resetting your Content Manager database and try again. This will hopefully resolve the problem. To do this see Number 2 on the FAQ page HERE.
