Opened up CC5 this morning and found that only my custom characters and clothes are displayed. Everything else is unavailable. No animation, clothes, characters, etc are shown. All i get when i try to select something is the message shown as the title for this post. Rebooting didn’t help. Essentially CC5 is dead. Any ideas?
Problem solved once i “cleared” the error message from CC5. Nothing intuitive about finding how to clear it…just succeeded trying one thing after another.
