My character is using the CC5 HD facial profile. I opened the HD face control and I get no response from none of the ‘Lips Check’ section. The jaw and eyes do respond, however:

Could you tell us how the character was prepared?
It sounds like morph data is missing. You may want to check the facial profile editor to see if the mouth sliders are correct.

I fixed it. I just re-applied the facial profile in CC5 and brought it back to iclone
