Subject: Issue: Character not transferring from iClone to Blender via Blender Pipeline (Send Avatar)
Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am facing an issue while transferring a specific character from iClone to Blender using the Blender Pipeline (Auto Setup / Send Avatar), and I would appreciate your guidance.
Workflow followed:
- The character was created and edited in Character Creator 5 (CC5), where I made minor adjustments to its facial expressions.
- The character was then sent to iClone, where animation was applied.
- After finishing the animation in iClone, I selected the character and clicked “Send Avatar” to transfer it to Blender through the pipeline.
Problem:
The character does not appear in Blender at all. Nothing is imported or displayed in the scene.
Additional observations:
- Other characters and objects transfer from iClone to Blender without any issue, exactly as expected.
- I have tried selecting the character properly and repeating the process multiple times, but the result is the same.
- The problem occurs only with this one specific character.
I have not been able to find a solution for this. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how it can be resolved? If there is any specific setting, export requirement, or compatibility limitation related to CC5 characters with edited facial expressions, kindly let me know.
