Is there a way to use the CC to Zbrush export plugin, when the Zbrush you are using is on the Mac iOS?

Unfortunately that would not really be possible.
As part of the setup of the ZBrush Plug-ins it will need to detect and install to your local copy of ZBrush. If ZBrush in on a different computer, which is using MacOS, then it won’t be possible to detect it and complete the setup successfully.
