im running windows 11, 64gb ram, rtx 5090 with 32gb ram, i9 processor. cc5 will open 1 out of 20x trying. it usually crashes when it gets to icvxgisection. all my drivers are up to date. im running nvidia studio drivers for this pc. i tried to open as administrator and the same thing. i look in task manager when its loading and it “suspends” at some point. very frustrating as i cant get any work done. iclone 8 has no problem loading. ive tried to open every way and still the same issue. ive looked at the threads and still cant resolve this issue. ive reinstalled. downgraded and no go.

Sorry to hear you are having these problems. It certainly seems like there is something system specific going on that CC5 is having problems with.

thank you. i will do that. i wanted to try here first in case someone had the same issue and resolved it. sometimes technical support can be slow. lol
