Am trying to drag characters from the content menu to the AutoMixer window and for some reason it’s not working at all. I tried it with provided models and purchased models and am an able to add single character!

Have you followed the Getting Started tutorial HERE. This takes you through the process of using ActorMixer and should help you get up and running.
However, if you do encounter a problem when following the tutorial, please post the timestamp for when the issue occurs and we will check to see if there an issue. Thanks.
