CC4 FBX Export Adds Unwanted Initial T-Pose Frame in Animation

I am encountering an issue when exporting animations from Character Creator 4 (CC4) to FBX format.

Problem description:
Whenever I export a character animation with CC4, the resulting FBX animation always includes an extra initial T-pose frame at the very beginning. This unwanted T-pose transition causes a visible jump when the animation starts in Unity/Blender.

When importing the FBX into Unreal, if you try unchecking this option, would it solve your problem?
