CC4 control rig and bone matching issue in UE sequencer

Once the Skeletal mesh is converted to CC Control rig blue print, it is not possible to merge animations using the option “Match this bone with the previous clip” option in Unreal Engine’s sequencer. Due to this if I have to merge two animations the moment the second animation frame kicks in, the character moves back to the root. This issue however is not present when I use the Skeletal mesh in the sequence. Its only happening when CC_Rig BP is added to the sequencer. Anyone knows how to fix this issue?
