Why is that when i just import a Kevin from CC to Blender using the pipe line
My blender playback lags like crazy??
Whats the best optimized method to import From IC8/CC5 to blender wihout any hiccups or Lags??

In Blender, if you want playback at normal speed without the preview lagging too much, go to the playback options in the timeline and change Sync from Play Every Frame to Frame Dropping. This will significantly speed up the animation preview and make it match the original animation speed.
