Can't transfer poses from CC5 to ZBrush via Pose Link plugin

I just started learning Pose Tools, and was going through a tutorial how to send poses from CC to ZBrush via Pose Link plugin. However, nothing happens when I click “Send Current Pose to ZBrush Pose Tools” in the Plugins menu. The character in ZBrush doesn’t change pose, and Pose Tools isn’t updated. I don’t get a status message either in any of the programs.

I’ve already transferred a character from CC to ZBrush using GoZ Plus prior to this, using Create or Relink templates.

I’m using Character Creator 5 and ZBrush 2026.0.1. The reason I’m using this version of ZBrush is that I found this to be the latest version of ZBrush where the GoZ Plus plugin appears in the ZPlugin menu (in the two latest versions it doesn’t appear).

If you have followed the tutorial carefully and believe there is an issue with CC5 or the Pose Link Plug-in, please can you report it in the Feedback Tracker and the dev team will take a look. Thanks.

Please load a CC3+ neutral Base and GoZ Create to zbrush, then use pose link send current pose to zbrush. Both SubD Levels 1 or 2 shall work.
If zbrush not responsing, please check if any progress bar shown in CC5, or check if there’s files under C:\Users<UserName>\Documents\Reallusion\ZBrushData\CCPoseManager or under your default document location.

Latest verions of ZBrush need to intall the plugin to C:\Program Files\Maxon ZBrush 2026\ZData\ZPlugs64 , ZBrush changed the location since 2026.1.1
