Cannot goZ from CC to ZBrush...Diffuse/Normalsproblem

I’m not sure if GoZ was already updated to be compatible with the newest version of Zbrush.

This was an advice from January 2026:

You can ignore the message. That is checking the texture when GoZ to ZBrush.

Please go to the following location and check whether there is a Reallusion folder:
C:\Users[Username]\Documents\

If the folder does not exist, please create it manually, and then re-open CC, and GoZ.

After checking with R&D, we found that some changes made for ZBrush 2026.1.1 data transfer did not fully cover all cases. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Before a patch is released, please use this workaround first.

As another workaround, can you install an older version of Zbrush parallel to version 2026? Maybe it works fine with version 2025.
