Can i "reverse" a Photo Diffuse Map into a 2D Picture?

I have only this map below and i want to make a mesh with Headshot. Any ideas i possible can do that with CC ? I wonder if there is a way to kind of reverse such a map so i can use it as a normal photo for Headshot.

There is no need to. Headshot from photo works well with those unwraps.

All I did here, is enlarged your photo x6 in Topaz AI, used headshot 1 (Pro/Male/Old).
And then a few quick morphs following by Re-project Photo (so that mustache does not intersect with mouth).

Some additional work with texture and morphs is optional here.

EDIT: This is what came out at the end after some heavy PS and CC editing in Headshot 2 mesh mode. I still have to do something with the area around the nack, but i think the result is quite acceptable.
