Bonus points or Bogus Points?

I apologize to the rest of the community I thought I had over 27,000 in “real” bonus points that I would have been able to use in the software store I wanted to get Time code and AccuPose infinity ,lol so I guess that was a “Real Illusion” scratching my head now, how can I film 100 MOCAPS in 5 days before those “gift points” vaporize like the US economy.

Are those from the special mocap promotion? I got the same amount for that and when claiming them it clearly stated:

“Bonus Points are exclusively for motion generation using the Video Mocap plugin and cannot be used for any other purchases, including items in Reallusion online stores.”

I am pretty sure that they gave those points in return for your patronage, to be used exclusively for the AI mocap. That is a lot of free mocap…

Seems like a harsh way to look at a gift, but you do you.

Exactly. RL gives away $250 for a specific purpose as they clearly stated and people are already complaining. The title of this thread should be edited because THIS IS NOT A SCAM.

If that’s case how come it’s not stated next to the bonus points, also how is it a gift when we have to use them up in a certain amount of time or they’ll vaporize into thin air, grated I have a right to be mad as fck specially when I invested thousands of my hard earned dollars purchasing their products. I own pretty much all of their software and been a user since 2008. The customer support sucks had tons of issues with the content manager mounting to my hard drive crashing iClone and I’ll have to reboot my entire system just to get iClone working again they never resolved the issue or fixed the bug, I sent them dump files, I have a pretty decent set up, 3900X Ryzen 9, 128 gigs of RAM, NVme2 SSDs and a RTX 4090 GPU, no other issues with any other 3D software that I use.

It is clearly stated on the redeem page below for the bonus points that these are for the video mocap plug-in only. You can see this below. Did you not read this at the time?

Regarding the technical issues you are having: With so many different computer hardware configurations, driver installs etc. it is not always possible to offer an instant solution. However, if the issues have not been resolved, then please keep in contact with Support and they will continue to try to help you.

Hi Pete,

What time do the points expire? I’m in the Eastern time zone and for me it’s 6:50PM as of this post. I have multiple videos that I’m trying to upload and the process is slow (I assume there’s a lot of traffic right now, but unfortunately I was too busy until today). I love QuickMagic so I’m trying to use as many points as possible before this generous offer expires.

Hi SCE… Apologies for not seeing this in time. Hopefully you were able to get everything you wanted to get done before the expiry time.
