Body change animation?

Is it possible to create a shape key that can be sent to Blender that will allow for a body morph animation, such as skinny-to-fat or fat-to-muscular?

I know I could do it by making the shape keys in Blender but then I need to be good at sculpting. The morphs in CC4 are perfectly adequate for my purposes, so I was hoping to just use them if possible.

Yes, as long as morph does not involve bones scaling (or at least bones scaling is minimal).

I came up with this routine some time ago which only involves CC and Blender (no iClone needed)

Oh wow! I will give this is a try. I especially like how the clothes and body morph work together like in CC.

Can you do this for multiple body morphs on the same character?

You can add as many as you’d like, even at the same time. Just follow the same logic.

BTW, I forgot to ask if you have an iClone. Because the method above is good if you only have Character Creator.
Having iClone, makes the routine a lot easier by creating animatable morphs directly in Morphs Creator.
There are probably a few comprehensive tutorials on the subject available to search for.
This one is very basic and quick.

Yes, I do have iclone! I just did this and it works perfect! I didn’t even know the morph creator and animator was a thing, so I was probably using the wrong keywords to search. Thank you so much!
