When the Scene list extends beyond the bottom of the window, clicking on an item near the bottom (say, to turn on/off a light) automatically moves the scroll bar back up to the top of the window, losing focus on the item you just modified. Very inconvenient to have to scroll back & forth every time – productivity waster…
Also, why can’t you use the arrow keys to move up/down the Scene list? When the Timeline is open I have to close it in order to select something that is being blocked by the Timeline window (instead of just clicking in the Scene list and moving down with the arrow key)
I noticed that too and it IS annoying. It seems recent, because I don’t remember it being like that before.
In fact, I know it has changed because I couldn’t ven toggle between hide and show of an item in the Scene Manager because to focus leaves the item just selected. In other words, this is a bug.
Hi all… I’m having the same issue. This is a real issue not being able to use scene manager. It totally disrupts the workflow and makes product less usable. Hope this is fixed soon.
This has been brought up in a separate thread, but is another “annoyance” in the Scene list: the more items you add to your scene, the longer it takes to rename any of them (sometimes more than a minute just to change the name of a camera, for example)
