Hi everyone,
We have a few exciting updates and helpful guidelines to share regarding Seedance 2.0 and Wan 2.2 Animate to make your creation workflow smoother and more flexible!
1. Seedance 2.0 Content Moderation Updates
To improve overall user experience, we officially reached out to ByteDance to optimize the content safety parameters for Seedance 2.0.
- Moderated NSFW Filter: The NSFW filter has been adjusted to be more moderate, giving you more creative freedom without running into strict content blocks.
- Important Note: While general restrictions have been relaxed, celebrities, public figures, and copyrighted/IP characters are still strictly blocked in compliance with IP and safety guidelines.
2. Input Guidelines & Limitations
Video Edit > Wan 2.2 Animate: Input Video Guidelines
To ensure successful workflow generation using Wan 2.2 Animate, please avoid uploading input videos with the following issues, as they often lead to face detection or tracking failures:
- Avoid These Scenarios:
- Obstructed or Hidden Faces: Person turning away from the camera, face covered, or face not visible.
- Extreme Angles: Extreme side profiles (large head-rotation angles).
- Low Clarity or Small Size: Face is too small in the frame or affected by heavy motion blur.
- Frame Disruption: Person exiting the frame (causing missing face detection in certain frames).
Best Practices:
- For optimal results, use videos featuring clear, front-facing (or slight angle) faces with consistent visibility throughout the clip.
Video Create / 3D to Video > Seedance 2.0 Input Limitations
Please keep the following audio input limitations in mind when using Seedance 2.0 to prevent workflow failures:
- Maximum Total Duration: 15 seconds.
- Multiple Audio Files: If you input multiple audio files (e.g., 3 files), the combined duration of all files must not exceed 15 seconds.
Happy creating! Feel free to share your thoughts or drop any questions in the comments below.
