An Unreal process has crashed: UE-Luena_2

I’m trying to import my avatar created in Reallusion’s Character Creator using the All in One Auto Setup for UE5.5.4, and this process always results in a crashed.

Hi,

Thank you for the detailed information.
Here’s a Auto Setup version that should fix the issue:

Please let me know if this works!
Alan

Hi Alan,

Thank you again for your support so far.

I managed to resolve the crash issue with the Auto Setup 2.01 — however, I’m still facing a problem with the character materials.
After importing, the avatar appears almost completely white, and the texture quality doesn’t look correct.

I’m attaching some images to illustrate the issue.
During import, Unreal also reports a texture name clash and some missing bones in the bind pose (mostly IK-related bones), so I’m not sure if this could be affecting the material setup or texture assignment.

Could you please advise what might be causing the character to import white and how I can ensure the materials and textures are applied correctly in Unreal 5.5?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
António Januário

Hi,

Thanks for you patience, I’ll look into the issue.
If you’re willing, could you please provide the project file and steps you took that led to the problem?
