Have recently done update and was excited after seeing the newletter that said you can now bring Daz3d Gen 9 characters. I followed the tutorial here. Getting Started with Daz to CC5 Workflow | Character Creator 5 Tutorial and every time I try to bring in a character, Even the most vanilla one, it does the Failed to load character ; No suitable setup profile found. So disappointing! Any thoughts on what to try or do to get past this.

Please make sure the export setting followers the tutorial (Not only the check box modified in the video, but also other settings).
If the issue persisted, could you please record the process as you follow the tutorial?
