Adjusted bones reset when converting to Game Base

Hi All - Looking for some help. I’m using CC5 with Unreal / ALS Refactored. While ALS uses the UE4 skeleton, the pelvis and some of the bones are in a different spot which causes issues like foot sliding etc.

I’ve managed to fix this by altering the bones in CC5. However, when I convert my CC5 character to Game Base it resets all of the bones. I’m using a HQ CC5 character as my base character as I need to generate many variations of it. So, changing the bones in each game game base character variant would be brutal as each time I create a new character variant I’d have to go and alter the bones (rather than alter once in the HQ base character).

Is there a way to not have the bones reset when converting to game base? Or any other workarounds here?
