Can Aculips and Acuface be used together?
Just trying our Acuface, the trial only allows 30 second recordings which isn’t a lot of time to figure out whats going on, but it appears as though they are not working together. I like the Aculips sync its perfect, but adding Acuface to animate the facial expressions seems to be creating conflict. Is there a sequence to this or is it one or the other? OR is there a better option than acuface and aculips.

I personally do no have good experience with AccuLips but I am not an expert as well. I have tried Nvidia Audio2Face and that seems to be working well but yet another product in the pipeline.
Does the Audio2face pipeline capture lips and face simultaneously? This is what i cant get the the acuface / acuplips option to do. The Aculips capture is fine and since I am animating a singer I can use the vocal track as an audio file. But in order to capture the rest of the face, I have to video myself in position while listening to the audio track and making sure I don’t move my lips. Then import the video into a video editor and superimpose the real vocal track over the ambiant track. Export the video and use it as both motion live for Acuface and then as a viseme track through the aculips plugin to Acuface. Seems like a long way round the bush to capture lips and face movement for a single character.
