Due to insufficient expression data of the target character, sliders of the Face Key and Face Puppet panels may be partially disabled.
Use Chracter Creator to fill out the expression data.

You mention importing the model into CC5. Do you mean via FBX import?
If so that is likely the problem. Purchased ActorCore models are automatically added to your CC5 Content Library after purchase in the correct format. You should then be able to load them from your library without requiring importing.

ActorCore characters use a simplified character setup, so when applying extreme facial expressions, you may occasionally see unexpected results.
This message is only a reminder that certain expressions might not behave perfectly, but the files themselves can still be used normally.
