Accurig slightly tearing mesh apart at seams

Well a few hundred fine models I guess.

I knew Accurig struggles with ornaments etc,
but today marks the first time I realized it tears apart mesh structures.

This is the base fbx, completly bonesless, with embedded texture (thanks BetterFBX !)

Absolutely fine as intended

And after rigging with Accurig, we have a few… “problem zones”
The Skin above has a new rift
(And the dress below has some issues too)

The rest is excellent (as per usual)

I did try mixamo too

But while that did not tear the mesh into pieces, it failed to rig the hands properly (and yes, I could combine the hands from accurig with the body from mixamo, but Cmon)

So.

Any info on this ?

I would send the fbx (altho it is not exactly copyrigh free …)

PS:
Asthis silly billy forjm software here disallows image embeds AND links have some base64’d links
Sigh

There are various ways to embed images, although it is always best if they are already saved to your PC or copied to the clipboard. If on the clipboard you can paste them at the cursor. You can also drag and drop them from File Explorer. Finally, you can use the Upload Picture item. One of these is sure to work.

BTW, do your models have Displacement maps by any chance? I have noticed that thoes ecan cause tearing.
