Accupose problem!

Hello. I have a problem opening Accupose in iClone. I’m trying to reinstall it but I can’t. It gives me these messages.

I’d like to check whether the issue you encountered has been resolved.
If not, could you please go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, uninstall your current version of AccuPose, and then try reinstalling it?

Thanks for the answer, but Accupose is not installed on my computer, and in Reallusion Hub it says that it is installed!!! Very strange. I am not a computer specialist and something is not clear to me. You can’t uninstall a program that is not installed!!!

After running it to clear the registry, you should be able to reinstall without problems.
