AccuPose not working

i tried to use AccuPOSE (1.0.1126.1) after installing that on iClone (8.52.3526.1)

but all of their menus are missing and does not working …
even About AccuPose Menu!!

is it working online or offline?

Hello Davood,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We’ve identified an issue where AccuPOSE may not function properly if iClone is launched in offline mode. If you have not subscribed to INFINITY and only intend to use the CORE edition features, we kindly suggest the following steps:

Switch iClone to online mode.
Restart the application to ensure AccuPOSE functions correctly.
Once confirmed, you can switch back to offline mode.

I signed out and in, no luck. no menu appears. see image for out come. Or is it me, I’m I doing something wrong.

Hi Stuwhit,

It seems like the panel might have been generated in a non-existent display position (possibly from a previously connected monitor). We suggest uninstalling iClone 8.52 and reinstalling it to reset and restore the default settings.

The reinstall worked. Got the AccuPOSE menu back.

Hello i have an issu too with Accupose, I have infinity, and yesterday i was using it as usual, but today, it desapears from my program, still grey, not accessible, i did the things you test up there, but nothing changes. I wanted to reinstall, but that tells me it’s aleary installed… Have you an idea about what to do ?

Hi Stephanie

First thing to try is to close down iClone and then completely shut down your computer. Then restart your computer and open iClone again. Now check to see if AccuPose is back.

If it isn’t, close down iClone again and open the Reallusion Hub. Now find AccuPose in your list of add-ons and uninstall it from there (click the dropdown where it says installed).

Once uninstalled you should be able to re-install the AccuPose, but do make sure you do this while iClone is closed down.
