This is the fantastic result of using the Otis character with Accuface 2. No additional morphs have been applied, just the default Otis Ultra Head avatar preset. And this is the result I get using this not cheap ultra head sampler, the result which is pretty abysmal isn’t it.

Just wanted to confirm with you: are you using the CC5 HD Curve Preset without an active Grab Neutral Pose?
If those settings are correct, would you mind sharing a screen recording of your workflow, your iClone project file, or the video source you used in AccuFACE?

I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue on my end yet.
If not, please try switching to CC5 HD or use the Zero All button (in the blue box) to reset it.

I’ve tried everything you suggest and the character is a problematic head.
You use this character on the Accuface 2 homepage and the recorded video you use to drive the facial expressions has little to no blinks or eyebrow accentuation and expression.
I think you know this character is problematic, please don’t try and deflect. I’ve tried allsorts and this character has issuses.
