Accuface 2 Not showing

I’ve installed the trial version of AccuFace 2 to Iclone 8 but I can’t see it anywhere in the programme. I understand that you have to click the Motion Live button in the Character Modify panel but it’s greyed out. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Thanks for replying. I hadn’t realised it was a seperate app, Doh. Unfortunately, the Motion Live link is greyed out for any character I load, including default characters. Any idea why it would be greyed out? I have noticed recently that the buttons in the Modify tab have become very narrow (squashed) as per screenshot. I only noticed a day or 2 ago. I am running the RTX Beta 2 Iclone as well if that makes any difference. Thanks

Hi everyone

Just wondering if any of you clever lot might know why my Motion Live button is greyed out at the bottom of the character Modify panel.

I’ve gotton know where with support. I wanted to trial AccuFace 2 before buying it and I’m running out of time with the reduced price.

Do I need to install any other apps to make it work?

The folder for Motion Live is showing in the plugins folder and does contain files but it does not show up in the Plugins dropdown list inside of Iclone 8.

I have now reinstalled Iclone 3 times and still no joy.

Hi Chuffinmonkey,

Currently, the RTX Beta Version does not support Motion LIVE.

If you want to try out AccuFACE, you will need to use the Release version.

I am using the release version. I have been using th RTX Beta 2 as well (not at the same time) I just wondered by having used the RTX version, whether it’s created any conflicts, redirected anything etc.

I have reinstalled the release version through the hub 5 times now - all that’s left is to completely wipe everything reallusion and start again. And to be honest with the amount of problems, inconsistencies, lack of support and vasts sums of money I spend to get all the add-on apps etc., I think I will just give up on Reallusion and knuckle down and learn one of the free animation software.
