AccuFACE 2 Full Version Still Stops Recording at Exactly 30 Seconds – Please Help

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help because I’m having a really frustrating problem with AccuFACE 2 in iClone 8 .

I originally had the trial version of AccuFACE 2, but I have now purchased the full version . Reallusion Support has confirmed that my account has purchased and received the full AccuFACE 2 licence.

However, AccuFACE 2 still stops recording at exactly 30 seconds every single time , just like the trial version.

So far I have tried:

  • Extending the End Frame in Edit > Project Settings well beyond 30 seconds
  • Testing with a completely new iClone project
  • Testing with a standard/default CC5 character
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling AccuFACE 2
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling iClone
  • Restarting my computer
  • Testing different projects

It still stops at exactly 30 seconds .

Reallusion Support suggested checking the Project End Frame, but I have done that and it has made no difference.

Has anyone else had this problem after upgrading from the AccuFACE 2 trial to the full version?

It really seems like AccuFACE 2 is somehow still detecting my installation as the trial version , even though my account has the full licence.

Is there somewhere inside iClone/AccuFACE where I can check the licence/activation status, or completely remove/reset the old trial licence information?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m stuck at the moment because I need to record facial animation longer than 30 seconds.

If you check in the Hub does it show trial on the Accuface 2 plugin? If it does, uninstall from the right end of the install/open button.

Refresh your Hub, or log out and back in. Then install Accuface 2 again.

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve already tried this, including uninstalling and reinstalling AccuFACE 2 and refreshing/logging back into the Hub, but unfortunately it’s still not working. It still stops recording at exactly 30 seconds, as if it’s running in trial mode, even though I have purchased the full version. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!
