Hi, I’m currently trying out iClone 8, but I’m not impressed, as it keeps crashing whenever I try to export or import anything; it even crashes when I save. Sorry for my English .
My system: Windows 11
AMD Ryzen 9 Pro 3900 12-core processor, 64GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card, 12GB.
And if I’m already having these sort of problems with the trial version, I’m not sure whether the full version – which isn’t exactly cheap – will run smoothly.
We tried replicating the issue on our end, but we were unable to reproduce it.
Could you please send us your Crash Dump files for further investigation? You may also email them to us at winnerhung@reallusion.com.

It’s sorted now, but because of all the crashes, the trial version has now expired, as I kept having to start from scratch. I really need to think about whether I want to spend the money on the software.
