The trial version of Cartoon Animator 5 can only be installed once on a computer, so it sounds like you may have installed the trial version before (even if you didn’t use it at the time).
If you have another computer, you can install the trial version on that, or you can purchase CTA5 and then you will have 14 days to decide if the software is for you. If not you can simply request a refund.

I had created two accounts on the app. On my first account, the trial period expired before I even realized it had started, so I never had the chance to try the app. Then I tried to use the trial on my second account, but I received a message saying that the trial has already been used.
I genuinely want to try the app, and if it suits me, I am willing to purchase it. This is the account I would like to use for the trial. Could you please assist me with this?
