Water mark

I’m writing because one of my already completed characters is now showing a watermark.

I created this character while I had an active subscription, and I understood that my work would still remain available. The character was already finished, and I had even exported it before.

Now I am on a different subscription, and the same character is watermarked, which means I can no longer use work that was already completed.

Can you please explain why this is happening? I would also like to know how I can regain access to this character without the watermark, since it was created and exported while my subscription was active.

Hi…

You mention you are on a different subscription. Did you downgrade your subscription, say from Pro to Standard?

If so, that will be the problem because the Content supplied with 365 Pro won’t be available in your 365 Standard subscription, and trying to use a character with that content applied will cause a watermark sadly.

Please Note: Your FBX/OBJ exports from your original subscription will still be fine. The watermark issue only applies when using the content within CC5 itself.
