I am wondering for a long time for this. When actor (or a prop) is loaded, it is default with port to look at the front of the actor. When you click F key (Front View), there is no change. Hit D key, it looks at the back of the actor.
Very correct!
But, when you turn the actor 180 degree, that is now seeing the back the character. Hit F. There is no change of View!! We are not seeing the front of the actor.
It looks like the VIEW direction is not targeting the object. It is just referring the direction of the camera VERSUS a co-ordinate setting.
When you hit F, the camera is set in front of the actor, Hit D, the camera goes to the back of the actor.
I think if there is an east mode change to allow the camera to look at the object, it would not great!
What I mean is that F key loos at the front face of actor (object) & D key looks at the back face of actor!
