I personally use ElevenLabs. I have the $5/month tier, which gives you 30,000 credits/month (about 30 minutes of speech). There is also some carry-over of unused credits, because I currently have 90,000.
Other than with Replica, legacy voices are kept, which is good for projects that take a long time. There is the option to clone voices from existing speech. You get 10 cloned voices with the cheapest tier. Then there is a Voice Lab, which offers voices that others have created. One of those counts as one clone.
