Ok enough is enough with these plugins

i purchased accupose and skin gen and in both iclone and cc5 (hub) it says that they were purchased and downloaded. in the actual programs accupose is shaded out and in plugin menu all i see is about accupose and online manual. there isnt anything allowing me to use the program. i have reinstalled iclone 8 and have taken the steps to fix all the other problems like the stupid watermark that still hasnt disappeared. i have reset the database and nothing works. i am logged into my account and these issues still persist and with now new issues. i am wasting a lot of time and money just to get this to run properly. i could have finished learning blender in this amount of time. i need these issues resolved asap. thank you. do i need to uninstall and then reinstall everything? and it hasnt been 30 says since my card was debited for ai points but lo and behold they have disappeard also,., i went from 4000 to 500 and this is the second time the points were deducted from me and why i had to cancel the subscription. not everyone is working on a project everyday and are able to use their points in that month. letting their points carry over monthly should be the way to do it. someone there mentioned thats how every company does it… sigh… be original and do something different than what the other companies are doing. you might entice more customers if you dont follow other companies blueprint. in the meantime, i need my products that i paid for to be activated. thank you.

ok. the accupose issue is resolved somehow. maybe its designed once a character is loaded then it appears? all of the other plugin icons are active regardless to whether i load a character on the screen. i dont see the skin gen icon so i have to play with that a little.

Skingen editing is enabled from the Appearance tab of the Modify panel, rather than the plugin menu or a toolbar button. See here.

If you have the Skingen Premium plugin, the advanced tools can be found in the Content Manager. See here.

You can normally find a “Getting Started” tutorial for all plug-ins so it’s always wise to follow these first rather than trying to go in blind.

Just search in YouTube for say “Character Creator AccuPose” and the corresponding Getting Started tutorial will normally pop straight up.
