The update of 7 October say “Several Interactive Tooltips displayed incorrect text and failed to link to the correct tutorial pages.”

I am confused. Character Creator does not have any tooltips in any sense and no links to tutorials in those tooltips which I do not know of.

Is this a new feature that I am not making use of?

Yeah. I stumbled upon it while modifying a character in CC5. If you hover over a menu item or a button in one of the side panel tabs, sometimes a tooltip appears with a corresponding link to a video tutorial. It’s not on everything. But it’s a nice addition.
