Getting CC5 after spending $399 ran out in first run. I think it would be fair with a new run for cc4 owners since the whole plan changed again, with this $399 deal so we can get hands on new real plugins like timecode and zbruhs face, sen a deal with z brush plugin, but i dont own zbrush yet, most intressted in timecode plugin with cc5 deal. its stuppid to not buy a package with cc5 since the uppgrade price is now 329, and one zbrush face plugin with cc5 is 399. as usual the newcomer get the best deal, i have also to think forward i own LIVE FACE Profile for Motion LIVE Plug-i and AccuFACE Profile for Motion LIVE Plug-in, do i have to pay uppgrades for those to to be used in cc5 with the new mesh? then i rather would pay those uppgrades with a cc5 deal. there are 25% rabbat on plugins but no CC5 deal and thats messed upp again for the loyal customer.
I got confused and just spent 357 USD in a single order, if I spend 50 more USD will it work? Otherwise I will need a refund so I can purchase all again at once.

Yes! All CC4 content is forward-compatible with Character Creator 5. If you currently own or purchase any of the following CC4 plugins, you’ll be eligible for free plugin carryover and updates in CC5 when it’s released:
- Headshot 2.0
- SkinGen Premium
- ZBrush Face Tools
- ZBrush Face Tools for Indies
The mocap profiles and Accuface are for iClone not CC4 so do not need updating specifically for CC5. iClone 8 itself will be updated to make it compatible with CC5 and the new meshes.

Upgrading after launch to CC5 alone is $229 or $329 for CC5 + ActorMixer Pro.
So you can see what a great deal the pre-launch offers are, plus they give you an extra license for CC4.

There will be an Ultimate Morphs HD and Human Anatomy HD pack released but the old versions can still be used as CC3+ characters can be converted to HD versions.

Any idea when our actual vouchers will start showing up?
I qualified for the voucher back on April 12. I don’t see anything in my registrations yet, though it allowed me to install a trial version of CC5.
I know it’s first day and I’m not pressing, I’m sure it’ll be fine later on just wondering what the process to is going to look like.

You don’t need a voucher. Please follow the instructions below.
How to Redeem:
- Go to your Prelaunch Offer Redemption Page → click “Submit” to redeem
- Once submitted, your CC5 serial number will appear on screen and also be sent to your Reallusion-linked email
- No manual activation required — the license is auto-registered to your account
- Open Reallusion Hub to download CC5
- Having trouble redeeming or didn’t receive the email? → Contact Reallusion Support
