When CC5 releases Headshot 2 will be updated to be compatible. This will be a free update for existing owners of Headshot 2.
A new Headshot 3 is planned, but will not be releasing at the same time as Character Creator 5. This will follow at a later date.
Please Note: Headshot 1 will not be compatible with CC5.
