I just uninstalled and reinstalled again. On the first screen you need to click “None of the above” for the gpu selection, then select continue. Then you’ll see this screen
*update: Actually mine isn’t working now LOL.
Geez.
So yea, I think they have a previous version going out, because thinking back the other version I’d installed I feel like did have a 50 series option on the previous page. Now it’s not there. Maybe the installer is buggy or something? It was working previously though.
Like I said, I tried over the past previous two days spending upwards of 12 hours watching a FAQ ton of video tutorials and nothing happened. I’ve spoken to at least five of you already and you’re all having the same problems which means they lied about RTX support.
I actually am not trying anymore and started a support ticket as per Pete’s request so hopefully something pans out because we’re all just wasting our time and money here on a product that currently has zero support for rtx.
This is extremely unprofessional for a business to do. I mean, I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this if they just outright said there’s no support. Get on it, Reallusion.
Well, just for the record. It definitely DID work. I’ve had it installed and working for a few weeks now, but it looks like some update or something must have broken it. My suspicion is the hub somehow started pushing the previous version.
Hahaha, I have a love/hate relationship as well. Spent a couple of grand on all the software plus content. When it works, its AMAZING.
Setting up the Pipeline for the first time is always a multi-day task and never a 5-minute thing like in the tutorials. (By the way, their coverage with Tutorials is Second to none. Huge props!)
But every now and then, you run into some issues where you really question how this is even possible for Software as expensive as this.
But I gotta say… once you are neck deep into RL software and Content… its actually great. But the barrier of entry is two months’ worth of paycheck, haha.
Thank you al for the feedback regarding issues with the 50 series cards. We do apologise for the inconvenience these issues are causing.
If you are still having issues, I would urge everyone to either contact Technical Support if the issue is critical to you or use the Feedback Tracker. The more information we can gather about the issues being experienced, the quicker we can get these issues resolved. Thanks.
I’m also unable to connect AccuFace using my upgraded 5050ti video card. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. I also keep getting a message that my Rokoko plugin trial has expired. I may have hit the trial by mistake months ago. Does Rokoko have anything to do with my issue?
