It’s not a big deal; but I noticed that since I upgraded to iclone 8.52, the shortcuts in 3DXchange don’t work. Specifically, (R) for Scale, (E) for Rotate, etc. I can still adjust in the Transform window, but the shortcuts don’t work. I understand that you can import fbx assets directly into iclone 8; but I still like using 3DXchange b/c it opens quickly and I can preview a lot of models. Has anyone else had/noticed this issue?
I just tried this with 3DXchange versions 5, 6 and 7. The keyboard shortcuts work as expected in all 3 with the latest version of iClone 8.53 installed.
I still have iClone versions 5, 6, 7 and 8 on my system and none of them have ever caused issues with any version of 3DXchange.

I believe that 3DXchange requires the corresponding version of iClone to be installed as well.
There’s a minor inconvenience I have noticed with the Keyboard Shortcuts i.e. R for Scale and E for Rotate in iClone 8.52. Upgrading to 8.52 seems to have created an issue with 3DXChange as I can only make adjustments with the Transform panel.
Even though I know that iClone 8 has implemented direct FBX imports, they really have done a great job with the speed of 3DXChange towards light modeling work, which is why I prefer it for browsing through models to unlock them.
Is this something that others experience as well or is it just me? Any workarounds people have found?

You both mention having iClone 8.52 installed on your systems. The latest version available is 8.53.4017. Have you checked the Hub for newer versions later than 8.52 and installed them?
I can confirm that the shortcuts work as expected in 3DXchange with the latest iClone version (8.53.4017).
